configuring SF functionalities to HR processes of client operations in various countries such as US, Cañada, APAC, AMEA other European Countries.\nShould be able to prepare requirements, design and test, documents, and solutions\nProvides solutions that are compatible with the existing (technical and functional) architecture to ensure compliance with strategy, policy, guidelines, budget, and operational supportability.\nEnsures quality and consistency with functional template design for deployments.\nMonitors the market to gain knowledge and understanding of currently emerging technologies in own area of expertise.\nBuild and maintain strong relationship with HR function, specifically with the HR Technology team, HR GPO and business owners of HR applications.\nLead and/or participate in projects covering the applications in HR domain including integration with other applications\nLeads and/or participates in IM projects in different roles e.g. project manager, lead solution architect, HR project consultant or QA role.\nSupports HR business leads and other stakeholders regarding IT related topics\nSkill Requirements\n10+ years of Experience with SAP SuccessFactors ( All Modules) is a must.\nMinimum 10 End to End implementation Project experience is a must.\nKnowledge in Activate Project Management Methodology.\nKnowledge on ITIL Process.\nShould
