Solution Design & Implementation\nLead the end-to-end implementation lifecycle of SAP CLM to meet Public Sector regulatory mandates within an SAP S/4HANA environment.\nReview business requirements from IT Asset Management, Procurement, and Finance/Accounting teams.\nTranslate GASB 87 lease policies and GASB 96 SBITA guidelines into automated SAP contract archetypes and valuation rules.\n2. Hands-on Configuration\nConfigure lean, contract-centric master data repositories within SAP CLM, optimized for IT software subscriptions, fleet, equipment, and facility usage.\nSet up customizable contract condition types to handle recurring subscription fees, variable payments, and capitalizable SBITA implementation costs.\nEstablish and maintain calculation rules, Incremental Borrowing Rates (IBR), and discount factor keys.\n3. Financial Integration & Valuation Engine\nConfigure seamless financial integration between SAP CLM, General Ledger (FI-GL), and Asset Accounting (FI-AA).\nSet up the CLM valuation engine to calculate Net Present Value (NPV), automatically generating the required Right-of-Use (RoU) Intangible Assets and Lease/Subscription Liabilities.\nMap contract validation flows to automate monthly amortization runs and liability interest accruals.\n4.
