Qualifications\n6+ years of professional software engineering experience.\n5+ years of hands-on Python development experience.\nExperience implementing AI-powered solutions, integrations, or customer-facing technical projects.\nStrong understanding of backend systems, microservices, and distributed architectures.\nExperience building REST APIs using FastAPI, Flask, or Django.\nHands-on experience with relational and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL and MongoDB.\nExperience working with cloud platforms including Azure, AWS, or GCP.\nStrong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\nProven experience working directly with customers and managing technical implementations.\nDelivery & Execution Mindset\nAbility to scope work, sequence delivery, and proactively remove blockers.\nStrong decision-making skills with the ability to balance scope, quality, and timelines.\nWillingness to contribute directly to code and technical problem-solving when needed.\nAbility to drive clarity and execution across cross-functional teams.\nOther Requirements\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with LLMs, RAG architectures, NLP, or AI-powered applications.\nKnowledge of Java and enterprise integration patterns.\nExperience with Agentic AI frameworks and intelligent workflow automation.\nHands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployments.\nFamiliarity with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or event-driven architectures.\nExperience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.\nStartup or
