Job Summary
Qualification:
1. ~10-12 years of Lab operations experience
2. Experience managing all Lab operations spanning servers, power, cooling, and network/connectivity.
3. Maintain a high standard world class lab: proactively track and manage lab assets including active monitoring of power, thermal and all associated operating conditions of the lab. Proactively and timely identifying and filing any Lab Incident reports. General knowledge of lab hardware (includes servers, network, racks, switches, cooling, power, thermal). Experience working with and managing vendors is a plus.
4. Critical Skills: Strong Verbal and Written Communication, Attention to Detail, Assume Responsibility, Stakeholder Management, Working Knowledge of key tools (Power Point, Excel, Word, JIRA, Confluence/Sharepoint). Development experience such as building dashboard is a plus.
