Act As A Subject Matter Expert (Sme) In Kubernetes, Delivering Technical Support And Assistance To Both Internal Teams And External Customers, Ensuring High Levels Of Satisfaction And Service Reliability.\n6. Aid In The Creation And Development Of Initial Troubleshooting Tools And Resources For Customers, Enhancing The Service Offerings And Improving Response Times To Incidents.\nSkill Requirements\n1. Expert-Level Proficiency In Kubernetes And Container Orchestration Technologies.\n2. Strong Knowledge Of Devops Practices And It Service Management (Itsm) Frameworks.\n3.
