Perform root cause analysis and collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and resolve issues.\nExecute regression & smoke testing to support software releases to customers\nConduct performance and load testing to identify the bottlenecks and ensure scalability.\nExperience with source control tools like Git\nHave a customer-focused mindset for delivering a product that is centered around great customer experience\nBe an active participant in and help enhance a mature agile environment to deliver high-quality applications\nExplore new methods and tools for functional, automated testing & AI\nCollaborate with onshore and offshore teams to implement QA processes within the established QA standardization and best practices.\nFlexible enough to work on multiple products being produced for a fast-changing market\nMentor and provide technical guidance to team members\nSkill Requirements\nAt least 8+ years of experience in software testing\nAt least 5 years of experience delivering highly effective web & mobile web automation solutions using Selenium WebDriver in a C# environment\nHands-on experience in building automated test suites (API) using Playwright-TS is a plus.\nStrong experience building scalable automation frameworks from the ground up.\nHands-on experience in API testing using Playwright / Postman ensuring comprehensive coverage and integration within the testing framework.\nExperience leveraging AI-assisted tools (GitHub Copilot, test case /script generation tools) to improve test authoring, defect analysis, and quality engineering productivity\nGood to have: performance testing experience (JMeter)\nExperience implementing and supporting continuous integration testing solutions with Jenkins / GitHub Actions\nFamiliarity with test management tools like JIRA, TestRail, LambdaTest\nFamiliarity with C# and JavaScript.
