failures at component and subsystem levels.\nExecute undocumented rework activities based on engineering requirements.\nValidate board functionality following modifications and repairs.\nSupport engineering debug activities and failure analysis investigations.\nRecommend corrective actions and process improvements.\nInfrastructure Support and Hardware Rework\nPerform advanced hardware modifications including:Component stuffing and unstuffing\nBlue-wire modifications\nConnector replacement\nTrace repairs\nEngineering change implementations\n\nExecute complex soldering and de-soldering activities for:BGA components\nQFN packages\nFine-pitch devices\nHigh-density board assemblies\n\nOperate specialized rework equipment including:BGA rework stations\nFinetech systems\nMicroscopes\nPrecision soldering equipment\n\nComplete special rework requests where procedures are incomplete or unavailable.\nValidate workmanship quality and ensure compliance with engineering specifications.\nLab Technical Support\nManage and resolve complex technical tickets and escalations.\nLead deployment and configuration of advanced client and server platforms.\nPerform advanced BIOS, firmware, and system-level configuration activities.\nDiagnose system integration issues involving hardware, firmware, operating systems, and networking.\nImplement SOC upgrades, hardware modifications, and custom configurations.\nLead deployment area expan\nRack installations\nNetwork buildouts\nKVM and PDU integration\nInfrastructure upgrades\n\nEnsure SOR records and configuration databases remain accurate.\nLab Logistics and Asset Management\nOversee inventory accuracy and transaction audits.\nLead hardware lifecycle management activities.\nReview asset tracking compliance and reporting.\nDrive continuous improvement in lab organization and 6S execution.\nSupport audit readiness and hardware accountability initiatives.\n\nSkill Requirements\nQualifications\nRequired\nAssociate degree, technical certification, or equivalent experience in Electronics Technology, Electrical Engineering Technology, Computer Engineering Technology, or related discipline.\n5+ years of board-level hardware support and rework experience.\nExtensive experience with server, client, and board-level hardware platforms.\nAdvanced troubleshooting and failure analysis expertise.\nStrong understanding of schematics, board layouts, and electronic components.\nExperience performing BGA and QFN rework.\nExperience with laboratory, validation, or engineering hardware environments.\nPreferred\nIPC-A-610 Certification.\nIPC-7711/7721 Rework and Repair Certification.\nExperience supporting silicon validation, hardware engineering, or datacenter environments.\nFamiliarity with Finetech or equivalent BGA rework equipment.\nOther Requirements\nTechnical Skills\nAdvanced soldering and micro-soldering.\nBoard-level debug and
