databases, application monitoring tools, and scripting technologies, along with the ability to translate business requirements into effective performance testing solutions.\nKey Responsibilities\nKey Responsibilities\nPerformance Testing\nDesign, develop, execute, and maintain performance test scripts using LoadRunner & JMeter.\nPlan and execute Load, Stress, Spike, Volume, and Endurance testing.\nCreate workload models and test scenarios based on business and production usage patterns.\nDefine test data requirements and coordinate data preparation activities.\nProduce performance test reports and present findings to stakeholders.\nSupport release readiness assessments and non-functional test sign-off activities.\nExperience with Microservices Arch and testing.\nPerformance Analysis\nAnalyse performance test results and identify application, database, infrastructure, and network bottlenecks.\nPerform root cause analysis and work with engineering & development teams to resolve performance issues.\nMonitor system behaviour during testing and provide recommendations for performance improvements.\nValidate performance against agreed SLAs and Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs).\nUnderstanding of Performance Engineering concepts.\nEngineering & Automation\nDevelop automation utilities using Python to support performance testing activities.\nAssist in automating test execution, reporting, and data preparation.\nApply engineering best practices across the testing lifecycle.\nMonitoring & Observability\nUse APM tools to monitor application performance and identify performance issues.\nAnalyse application, infrastructure, database, and cloud metrics.\nCollaborate with development and platform teams to optimize performance.\nAgile Delivery\nWork effectively within Agile/SAFe delivery teams.\nParticipate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, PI planning, and release activities.\nCollaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Developers, DevOps, and stakeholders to ensure performance requirements are met.\nSkill Requirements\nRequired Skills & Experience\nPerformance Testing Tools\nHands-on experience with:\nLoadRunner\nJMeter\nPerformance Analysis\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.\nExperience identifying performance bottlenecks across application, database, and infrastructure layers.\nAbility to interpret performance metrics and provide actionable recommendations.\nProgramming & Scripting\nExperience with Python scripting.\nBasic to intermediate knowledge of Java.\nExposure to Unix/Linux environments,
