The role focuses on enabling infrastructure visibility, accurate CMDB, and operational automation through Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management, while adhering to enterprise governance and ITIL best practices.\nSkill Requirements\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, develop, and configure ServiceNow ITOM modules, including: o Discovery (On prem and Cloud) o Service Mapping o Event Management o Orchestration / Cloud Management (as applicable)\nMaintain and optimize the CMDB, ensuring data accuracy, CI relationships, and compliance with governance standards.\nConfigure and manage Discovery schedules, credentials, probes, and patterns.\nIntegrate ServiceNow ITOM with monitoring and third party enterprise tools.\nImplement event rules, alerts, and automation to improve incident detection and response.\nCollaborate with cross functional teams to translate operational requirements into scalable technical solutions.\nTroubleshoot ITOM, CMDB, and integration issues;
