Job Summary Strong hands-on experience supporting infrastructure in AWS and/or Azure, with practical working knowledge of both cloud platforms. Strong Windows Server administration and troubleshooting experience. Hands-on experience provisioning and supporting Windows VMs in cloud environments. Experience with cloud account/subscription structures, resource organization, permissions, roles, and access controls. Working knowledge of AWS services including EC2, AMIs, IAM, CloudWatch, EBS, and Systems Manager. Working knowledge of Azure services including Virtual Machines, subscriptions, resource groups, RBAC, Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, disks, networking, and Azure VM/image management. Strong troubleshooting capabilities across: Windows OS Compute Storage Networking IAM/RBAC Monitoring and logging Performance Cloud connectivity Strong PowerShell scripting and automation skills. Experience handling Incidents, Problems, Changes, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA). Experience with Windows/cloud security hardening, patching, vulnerability remediation, and compliance activities. Experience developing and maintaining SOPs, operational procedures, and technical runbooks. ______________________
