specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and solution requirements.\nConduct gap analysis and identify opportunities for process optimization and technology modernization.\nDrive alignment between business objectives and technology solutions.\nSolution Architecture & Design Leadership\nDefine end-to-end solution architectures across applications, integrations, cloud platforms, and data ecosystems.\nDevelop architecture roadmaps, conceptual designs, and implementation strategies.\nLead architecture reviews and provide technical governance throughout the delivery lifecycle.\nEnsure solutions are scalable, secure, reliable, maintainable, and aligned with enterprise standards.\nEvaluate technology options and provide recommendations based on business and technical considerations.\nCloud, Data & Integration Architecture\nArchitect cloud-native and hybrid solutions leveraging AWS, Azure, and/or Google Cloud Platform services.\nDesign API-driven integration frameworks, microservices architectures, and event-driven solutions.\nLead data integration, data mapping, analytics, and enterprise reporting initiatives.\nCollaborate with data engineering and platform teams to define solution patterns and governance models.\nSupport enterprise data modernization and digital transformation initiatives.\nSoftware Engineering & DevSecOps Leadership\nProvide hands-on architectural guidance to engineering teams throughout solution development.\nDrive adoption of DevSecOps, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and automation best practices.\nEstablish architecture standards, design patterns, and delivery frameworks.\nPromote engineering excellence through automation, reusable assets, and modern software delivery practices.\nLeverage AI-enabled development tools, including KIRO and Generative AI technologies, to accelerate delivery and improve quality.\nProgram & Delivery Management\nLead cross-functional teams through planning, execution, and deployment phases.\nManage scope, dependencies, risks, issues, and architecture decisions across complex programs.\nDrive Agile, Scrum, and SAFe ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog prioritization, release planning, and stakeholder reviews.\nMonitor delivery milestones, KPIs, architectural risks, and executive reporting metrics.\nEnsure successful execution while maintaining alignment with business priorities and timelines.\nQuality, Governance & Change Management\nSupport User Acceptance Testing (UAT), business validation, production readiness reviews, and deployment activities.\nEnsure compliance with enterprise governance, security, regulatory, and risk management standards.\nLead architectural compliance and solution assurance activities.\nSupport organizational change management, stakeholder communications, and user adoption initiatives.\nProvide executive-level status reporting and strategic guidance to leadership teams.\nSkill Requirements\nRequired Qualifications\n12+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, Software Engineering, or Technology Consulting.\nProven track record designing and delivering enterprise-scale business and technology solutions.\nStrong experience in requirements gathering, business analysis, functional architecture, and stakeholder management.\nHands-on software development and architecture background with modern technology platforms.\nDemonstrated expertise in cloud platforms including AWS, or Azure.\nExperience designing APIs, integrations, distributed systems, and enterprise applications.\nStrong knowledge of SDLC, Agile delivery methodologies, DevOps, CI/CD, and automation frameworks.\nExcellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and executive stakeholder management skills.\nAbility to drive initiatives independently with minimal onboarding and supervision.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with Unified Architecture Framework (UAF).\nKnowledge of Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) methodologies.\nExperience working within Enterprise Architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or equivalent.\nExperience leading digital transformation, modernization, and cloud migration programs.\nFamiliarity with AI-enabled software development and automation tools.\nMust have Industry certifications such as:\nAWS Certified
