AI Opportunity Identification Across Value Chains\nIdentify automation and AI insertion points across various business functions (Finance & Accounting, Supply Chain, Customer Operations, Procurement etc) and Industry-specific value streams\nAssess feasibility and ROI of AI-led transformation opportunities\nDefine use cases involving LLMs, agentic workflows, RPA, ML models, and orchestration platforms\nCreate reusable AI solution patterns across value chains\n2. RFP & Proactive Deal Support\nLead AI solutioning for:\nRFP responses\nClient proposals\nProactive pitches and strategic account mining\nDevelop end-to-end solution approaches including:\nArchitecture diagrams\nOperating model design\nTransition roadmap\nRisk and governance considerations\nPartner with sales and account teams to strengthen competitive positioning\n3. Architecture & Solution Design\nDesign scalable AI-enabled automation architectures integrating:\nHyperscaler AI services (Azure AI, AWS, GCP, OpenAI, Anthropic)\nEnterprise platforms (SAP, Oracle, ServiceNow, CRM systems)\nData platforms and middleware\nDefine:\nAgent-based automation models\nRAG architectures\nProcess orchestration frameworks\nHuman-in-the-loop governance models\nEnsure security, compliance, and responsible AI principles are embedded\n4. Business Case Development\nBuild compelling financial and operational business cases including:\nProductivity impact\nCost savings\nRevenue enhancement\nROI and payback analysis\nQuantify transformation value across value chains\nSupport deal pricing assumptions and margin analysis\nDevelop executive-ready summaries for client decision-makers\n5. Executive Presentations & Collateral Development\nDevelop high-impact PowerPoint presentations for:\nCXO conversations\nBoard-level discussions\nAI governance committees\nAnalyst briefings\nTranslate technical AI concepts into clear business narratives\nCreate reusable pitch decks and solution accelerators\nMaintain visual clarity and structured storytelling in all materials\n6. Analyst & Market Collaboration\nWork closely with industry analysts to:\nArticulate DPO’s AI differentiation\nSupport analyst briefings\nContribute to market positioning and reports\nProvide inputs for thought leadership, whitepapers, and POV documents\nAlign AI offerings with industry trends and competitive benchmarks\n7.
