Agentic AI programs, managing scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies.\nEstablish and run program governance structures, including steering committees, executive reviews, and value-tracking mechanisms.\nOwn overall program roadmap, milestones, and success metrics aligned with business objectives.\nEnsure compliance with organizational, regulatory, security, and ethical AI standards.\nStrategy & Transformation\nPartner with C-level executives and senior stakeholders to define automation and AI strategy, operating model, and long-term vision.\nDrive the transition from traditional RPA to intelligent automation and agentic AI-led solutions.\nIdentify high-value automation and AI opportunities across business functions (Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Customer Operations, IT, etc.).\nBuild and scale Automation / AI Centers of Excellence (CoE).\nStakeholder & Client Management\nAct as the primary interface with executive sponsors, business leaders, and external partners.\nTranslate business goals into executable AI and automation programs.\nManage stakeholder expectations, communication plans, and change management activities.\nInfluence decision-making across diverse and global teams.\nDelivery & Execution\nOversee multiple workstreams including solution design, development, testing, deployment, and hypercare.\nEnsure delivery excellence using Qualifications\n\nEducation\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field\nMaster’s degree (MBA / MS) preferred\nExperience\n\n15+ years of experience in IT, Digital Transformation, or Automation programs\n8-10+ years leading large, complex enterprise programs (multi-million dollar budgets)\nProven experience delivering RPA at scale and transitioning to AI-driven automation\nHands-on exposure to Agentic AI, AI agents, LLM orchestration, or intelligent automation platforms\nRequired Skills & Competencies\n\nLeadership & Program
