Summary\nHCLTech is seeking an experienced Account Delivery Lead to provide end-to-end delivery leadership for a strategic customer account spanning SAP and non-SAP enterprise applications, Application Management Services (AMS), transformation, cloud, integration, automation and AI-led initiatives.\nThe role will own delivery excellence, customer satisfaction, operational stability, transformation execution, financial performance, SLA/KPI achievement, talent management and continuous improvement, while partnering with customer and HCLTech leadership to support account growth.\nKey Responsibilities\nKey Responsibilities\nOwn end-to-end account delivery across SAP, non-SAP applications, AMS/support, enhancements and transformation programs.\nLead Run, Maintain, Enhance and Transform services, ensuring production stability while executing strategic modernization initiatives.\nGovern complex enterprise landscapes covering SAP ECC/S/4HANA, SAP BTP and non-SAP platforms such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, Workday, OpenText, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle, cloud/SaaS and custom applications.\nDrive SLA/KPI performance, incident/problem management, service improvement, application reliability and operational excellence.\nLead and govern S/4HANA transformation, cloud migration, application modernization, platform consolidation and application rationalization initiatives.\nEstablish strong program and account governance, including delivery reviews, executive steering committees, RAID management, financial governance and transformation tracking.\nAct as the senior delivery interface with customer CIO/IT and business leadership, managing expectations, critical escalations and executive communications.\nLead globally distributed onshore/offshore teams, including Program Managers, Service Delivery Managers, Architects, Functional/Technical Leads and partner/vendor teams.\nOwn delivery financials including budgets, resource utilization, productivity, cost optimization, revenue/margin protection and commercial commitments.\nManage cross-platform dependencies, integrations and multi-vendor delivery across SAP, SaaS, custom applications, APIs, middleware, data and cloud platforms.\nDrive automation, AIOps, GenAI and agentic AI adoption across application support, development, testing, monitoring and knowledge management.\nPartner with Account/Sales leadership to identify transformation opportunities, renewals, service expansion and account growth.\nDrive talent strategy, workforce planning, succession, critical-skill development and a culture of accountability, innovation and continuous improvement.\nSkill Requirements\nRequired Skills & Experience\n15+ years of enterprise IT experience, with significant experience in Account Delivery, Program Delivery or Application Services leadership.\nProven experience leading large-scale AMS/Production Support and Transformation programs in complex global environments.\nStrong knowledge of SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA and SAP transformation, combined with experience managing broader enterprise application portfolios.\nExposure to platforms such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, Workday, OpenText, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle and custom enterprise applications.\nStrong understanding of cloud, enterprise integration, APIs, middleware and application architecture.\nExperience managing large global teams, multi-vendor ecosystems, budgets, commercials and delivery KPIs.\nStrong knowledge of ITIL, Agile/SAFe, DevOps, SAP Activate and enterprise service-management practices.\nDemonstrated experience in customer relationship management, executive governance, critical escalations and service improvement.\nAbility to balance operational excellence and transformation, while delivering measurable productivity, automation and business outcomes.\nStrong leadership, executive communication, negotiation, financial management and
