# Solutions Manager

Job Summary HCLTech is seeking an experienced Account Delivery Lead to provide end-to-end delivery leadership for a strategic customer account spanning SAP and non-SAP enterprise applications, Application Management Services (AMS), transformation, cloud, integration, automation and AI-led initiatives. The role will own delivery excellence, customer satisfaction, operational stability, transformation execution, financial performance, SLA/KPI achievement, talent management and continuous improvement, while partnering with customer and HCLTech leadership to support account growth.
