resolution.\nSupport release deployments, maintenance activities, and post-change validations.\nMaintain incident records, operational documentation, knowledge articles, and shift handover reports.\nParticipate in major incident calls and provide application health updates and troubleshooting inputs.\nContribute to service improvement initiatives through monitoring enhancements,
