This role plays a critical part in accelerating the global delivery of medicines by proactively addressing challenges, envisioning innovative solutions, and executing decisive actions.\nThe incumbent will collaborate closely with a team of Temperature-Controlled Logistics and Supply Chain experts to uphold the performance and reliability of our advanced Real-Time Temperature Monitoring (RTTM) platform. This includes promptly identifying and resolving any operational issues that may arise.\nAs a member of the RTTM Support function, the incumbent will be responsible for managing ticketing processes across the shipment lifecycle-pre-shipment, in-transit, and post-shipment. This includes resolution tracking and analytical reporting for a diverse range of customers and stakeholders worldwide.\n\n1. IoT (internet of things) Platform Support\nShipment Creation\nShipment Delivery\nShipment Recreation\nPre-shipment, in-transit & post-shipment support\nManage user issues\n2. TrackIt Onboarding & Governance\nSource & Destination onboarding according to SOP\nShipment Milestone Analysis\nIdentify gaps & align with GFFs for improvement\n3. Light Touch Site Management\nShipment Management\n4. User Governance\nProvide & remove access to the platforms\nMonitor inactivity\nRole cleanup\n5. Location Governance\nLocation cleanup\n6. Digital Integration\nSupport technical enhancements\nSupport DI onboardings\n7.
