This role goes beyond traditional RPA to deliver autonomous and semi-autonomous enterprise workflows powered by UiPath’s Agentic Automation platform.\nKey Responsibilities\nWhat You’ll Do\nAgentic Solution Architecture\nDesign end-to-end Agentic Automation architectures, combining AI agents, RPA bots, APIs and enterprise systems,Human-in-the-loop workflows\nDefine agent orchestration strategies, including Multi-agent collaboration, Decision routing, Context propagation\nAI & Automation Integration\nIntegrate capabilities such as:\nDocument Understanding\nComputer Vision\nGenerative AI models\nAI Center / ML models\nDesign solutions where AI agents handle reasoning, exceptions, and variability, while bots execute deterministic tasks.\nTechnical Leadership\nProvide architecture guidance across POCs, Production implementations and Enterprise-scale deployments\nDefine development standards, frameworks, and best practices for agentic systems.\nEnsure solutions are Scalable, Secure and Governed\nDelivery Oversight\nOversee full lifecycle:\nDesign → Development → Testing → Deployment → Hypercare\nReview critical components including Agent logic, Workflow orchestration, Exception handling strategies\nEnsure alignment between business intent and technical execution.\nClient Engagement & Advisory\nAct as a trusted technical advisor to client leadership.\nDrive adoption of Agentic AI architecture patterns.\nConduct demos, technical workshops, and blueprint sessions.\nTeam Leadership\nLead and mentor developers and architects.\nEnable teams to build agent-driven automation solutions.\nPromote knowledge sharing and capability building.\nSkill Requirements\nWhat You’ll Bring\nExperience\n10+ years in IT with strong development background\n5+ years in UiPath / RPA / Intelligent Automation architecture\nExperience leading teams and delivering enterprise automation programs\nAgentic AI & Technical Expertise\nDeep expertise in UiPath platform, including:\nOrchestrator\nRE Framework\nDocument Understanding\nAI Center\nApps, Insights, Action Center\nStrong understanding of:\nAgentic Automation principles\nMulti-agent systems\nHuman-AI collaboration patterns\nProgramming & Integration\nStrong coding skills (C#, VB.NET, Python preferred)\nExperience integrating:\nAPIs\nCloud platforms (Azure / AWS / GCP)\nEnterprise applications (SAP, Citrix, Mainframe)\nAI & Emerging Tech\nExposure to:\nGenerative AI\nMachine Learning workflows\nOCR and cognitive automation\nAbility to embed AI-driven decisioning into workflows\nCertifications\nUiPath Certified Professional -
