Job Summary Provide L2/L3 functional support for SAP FI and CO modules. Handle incidents, service requests, problem tickets, and enhancements within agreed SLAs. Perform root-cause analysis for recurring finance issues and implement permanent solutions. Work closely with Finance, business users, technical teams, and other SAP functional teams.
