post-go-live support for SAP projects.\nTroubleshoot and resolve SAP OTC functional and integration issues, conducting root cause analysis and implementing effective corrective actions.\nEnsure compliance with IT governance standards, security policies, audit requirements, and established SAP delivery methodologies.\nEngage with global business and technical stakeholders, providing clear communication, functional guidance, and support throughout the project lifecycle.\nSupport multiple concurrent initiatives while effectively managing priorities, project deliverables, documentation, and stakeholder expectations.\nKey Responsibilities\n\nLead the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) solutions, including order management, pricing, delivery, performing root cause analysis and implementing sustainable corrective actions.\nEnsure compliance with IT governance policies, audit requirements, regulatory standards, and organizational controls.\nProvide user training, functional documentation, and ongoing support to business users and junior team members while driving knowledge sharing and adoption.\nSupport multiple concurrent
