Manager\n\nKey Responsibilities\nRoles & Responsibilities\nLead end-to-end ABAP development delivery for SAP projects.\n\nPrepare technical specifications and high-level designs.\n\nDevelop and review RICEFW objects including Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms and Workflows.\n\nSupport S/4HANA custom code remediation and simplification activities.\n\nDesign and build CDS Views, OData Services and Fiori-enabled applications.\n\nCoordinate with functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical solutions.\nPerform code reviews and enforce development standards.\n\nSupport SIT, UAT, Cutover, Go-Liveand Hypercare activities.\n\nManage offshore development teams and mentor junior consultants.\n\nIdentifyperformance improvement opportunities and resolve production issues.\n\nSkill Requirements\nRequired Experience\n5-7 years of SAP ABAP implementation experience.\n\nExperience in at least one Greenfield and one Brownfield SAP project.\n\nHands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations or conversions.\n\nStrong experience in client-facing consulting roles.\n\nTechnical Skills\nABAP, OOABAP, ALV, Dialog Programming\n\nCDS Views, AMDP and Code Pushdown concepts\n\nOData, SAP Gatewayand Fiori integration\n\nBAPI, BADI, User Exits and Enhancement Framework\n\nAdobe Forms, SmartFormsand SAP Scripts\n\nALE/IDoc, RFC and Web Services\n\nPerformance Tuning and ATC Checks\n\nOther
