Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Lead (0.5 FTE) to oversee RUN operations and project delivery activities within a Mendix and low-code application landscape. The role combines service delivery management, project coordination, governance, and technical leadership to ensure seamless execution of operational and project objectives while meeting client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate RUN support activities.
Manage and oversee Mendix application projects and enhancements.
Monitor service quality, operational KPIs, and delivery performance.
Drive governance, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
Track project deliverables and ensure adherence to agreed timelines.
Coordinate with business stakeholders, development teams, and suppliers.
Identify, track, and mitigate delivery risks and operational issues.
Ensure compliance with client processes, standards, and delivery commitments.
