- 8+ years of overall career experience into a similar field
- Strong understanding of project & program management techniques around cost, schedule, quality, etc.
- Experience building and releasing APIs and/or other software infrastructure
- Strong understanding and experience with Agile development
- Knowledge and practice of numerous patterns and techniques to improve team processes (i.e. Burndown techniques, retrospective formats, defect handling, etc.)
- Strong stakeholder management skills across a variety of audiences (Business Owners, Development Teams etc.)
- Coordination and organization skills and the ability to work with multiple groups across multiple locations to ensure success of project
- Verbal and written communication is clear and concise
