planning, execution, tracking, and reporting across Agile/Scrum teams.\nEstablish and maintain program governance, milestones, dependencies, and delivery timelines.\nProactively identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and issues.\nStakeholder & Business Management\nAct as the primary interface between business stakeholders, product teams, and engineering.\nFacilitate requirement gathering workshops and translate business needs into clear, actionable deliverables.\nManage stakeholder expectations through transparent communication, status updates, and escalation management.\nEnsure alignment between business priorities and technical delivery plans.\nRequirements & Backlog Management\nCapture business requirements and translate them into features, epics, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.\nPartner with Product Owners to maintain a prioritized and well groomed backlog.\nEnsure requirements are functionally sound, scalable, and aligned with Dynamics 365 best practices.\nAgile & Scrum Execution\nSupport Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews, and retrospectives.\nTrack sprint progress, delivery risks, and dependencies across teams.\nDrive continuous improvement in Agile execution, predictability, and delivery quality.\nFunctional AI Skills Leadership\nStrong techno functional skills in AI related technologies, skills, and experience\nArticulate business requirements, create features, user stories for AI solutions.\nAI Product owner expertise with\nSound experience on AI skills (Agentic), GenAI / LLM workflow automation & agentic workloads\nGood experience on AI adoption strategy, governance & responsible-AI guardrails\nSounf knowledge on RAG, vector databases, LLM APIs & MCP\n\nSkill Requirements\n12+ years of experience in AI Product Managemtn / Technical Program Management.\nfunctional experience with AI programs & skills\nSound experience on AI skills (Agentic), GenAI / LLM
