dependencies, and opportunities for improvement.\nSkill Requirements\nRequired Skills & Experience\nCore Engineering\nStrong experience with Node.js and TypeScript in production environments.\nStrong Git and GitHub experience, including pull request workflows and code reviews.\nExperience developing and operating cloud-native applications and services.\nStrong understanding of software engineering principles, testing, and maintainability.\nSecurity-focused mindset with practical knowledge of secure development practices.\nPlatform & Integration\nExperience designing and implementing system-to-system integrations.\nExperience with REST APIs, event-driven architectures, and asynchronous messaging patterns.\nFamiliarity with API gateways, service orchestration, and integration frameworks.\nExperience working with cloud platforms (AWS preferred).\nExperience with infrastructure automation and Infrastructure as Code concepts.\nFamiliarity with observability tooling, monitoring, logging, and operational support.\nSenior/Staff-Level Expectations\nAbility to independently lead technical initiatives and deliver outcomes.\nStrong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.\nAbility to work effectively within existing teams and contribute rapidly.\nSystems-thinking approach to problem solving and architecture.\nExperience mentoring engineers and influencing technical direction without direct authority.\nDesirable\nExperience with AWS and container based platforms.\nExperience operating in regulated or enterprise-scale
