SME\nLocation: Preferable - Hyderabad, India\nRole Summary\nWe are looking for an experienced OpenText InfoArchive Lead with 10+ years of overall IT experience and strong expertise in enterprise information archiving, application decommissioning, and OpenText InfoArchive support.\nThe candidate will act as the Technical Lead / SME for the InfoArchive platform, taking ownership of operational support, incident resolution, platform health, maintenance activities, vendor coordination, technical consultancy, and continuous service improvement.\nThe role requires strong troubleshooting capabilities and the ability to coordinate effectively with infrastructure, database, application, security, and OpenText vendor teams.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead the overall OpenText InfoArchive support and operational activities, ensuring platform stability, availability, and service continuity.\nPerform proactive weekly health checks, including application/service status, connectivity, interfaces, infrastructure dependencies, storage, logs, and other critical platform components.\nOwn and manage incidents, service/change requests, and problem tickets related to OpenText InfoArchive.\nDiagnose technical issues, perform root-cause analysis, implement resolutions/workarounds, and coordinate with dependent teams where required.\nAct as the primary technical point of contact for complex and critical InfoArchive issues.\nEngage with OpenText Support for product-level or deeper technical issues by creating, tracking, managing, and driving vendor support tickets through closure.\nCoordinate with OpenText Support and internal stakeholders for troubleshooting sessions, log collection, technical analysis, fixes, patches, and product recommendations.\nSupport maintenance activities, including OS patching, infrastructure maintenance, server changes, database activities, certificate updates, network changes, and other planned technical activities.\nPerform pre- and post-maintenance validation to confirm that InfoArchive services, connections, interfaces, and dependent components are functioning correctly.\nProvide technical consultancy for InfoArchive-related questions, enhancement requests, operational requirements, and solution discussions.\nSupport archive ingestion, retrieval, search, retention, and access-related issues within the InfoArchive environment.\nMonitor and troubleshoot data ingestion and archive processes and coordinate resolution of failed or incomplete processing.\nSupport integration and connectivity troubleshooting between InfoArchive and upstream/downstream applications or infrastructure components.\nCoordinate with application, infrastructure, database, network, storage, security, middleware, and other support teams for cross-functional issues.\nParticipate in Change Management activities, including impact assessment, implementation planning, validation, and post-change monitoring.\nRequired Technical Skills\nStrong hands-on experience with OpenText InfoArchive administration and production support.\nGood understanding of enterprise information archiving and application/data archiving concepts.\nExperience in InfoArchive platform monitoring, troubleshooting, configuration, and operational support.\nExperience coordinating directly with OpenText product/vendor support.\nLead / SME Competencies\nKey Responsibilities\nAbility to independently own the InfoArchive service from an operational and technical perspective.\nStrong troubleshooting and analytical skills for complex production issues.\nAbility to lead major incidents and coordinate multiple technical teams.\nStrong vendor-management and escalation capabilities.\nAbility to assess
