The engineer will focus on CI/CD automation, Jenkins pipeline engineering, release management, source control, environment management, and deployment automation, working closely with Data Engineers and cloud/platform teams.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, develop, maintain, and troubleshoot Jenkins CI/CD pipelines supporting Azure-based data engineering solutions.\nAutomate build, test, deployment, configuration, and release processes across development, test, QA, and production environments.\nSupport deployment/release processes for Azure data workloads, including Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, Azure Storage/Data Lake, and related services.\nPartner with Data Engineers to incorporate data pipelines, notebooks, scripts, configuration, and infrastructure changes into repeatable deployment processes.\nManage Git branching, merging, pull requests, artifacts, and release processes.\nBuild pipeline-as-code and reusable automation to reduce manual deployment activities.\nTroubleshoot failed builds, deployments, permissions, dependencies, credentials, and environment/configuration issues.\nSupport Azure identity, secrets, service connections, and secure access required by automated pipelines.\nImplement deployment controls, approvals, logging, and traceability throughout the CI/CD lifecycle.\nSupport production deployments, operational troubleshooting, incident resolution, and root-cause analysis.\nMaintain pipeline documentation, operational procedures, and support runbooks.\nParticipate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, backlog refinement, estimation, demos, retrospectives, and continuous improvement.\nSkill Requirements\nStrong hands-on Jenkins experience\nCI/CD pipeline design, development, administration, and troubleshooting\nMicrosoft Azure experience\nDevOps automation supporting data engineering workloads\nGit and enterprise source-control practices\nPowerShell, Bash, and/or Python scripting\nAzure Data Factory and/or Azure Databricks deployment experience\nAutomated build, test, deployment, and release-management experience\nAgile/Scrum delivery experience\nStrong
