The role requires strong expertise in Salesforce integration capabilities, APIs, middleware, data mapping, security, monitoring, and troubleshooting to ensure reliable synchronisation of customer, product, order, and related business data.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign and implement secure, scalable integrations between Salesforce and Aptean Paragon 360.\nAnalyse business processes and define source-to-target mappings, transformation rules, field validations, and reconciliation controls.\nDevelop and maintain integrations using Salesforce REST, SOAP, Bulk, and event-driven APIs, Apex callouts, middleware, or scheduled interfaces.\nConfigure Salesforce objects, fields, flows, connected applications, authentication, and integration user permissions as required.\nImplement reliable processing for customer, account, product, order, shipment, pricing, and related operational data.\nManage error handling, retries, duplicate prevention, data quality, logging, alerts, and end-to-end monitoring.\nPrepare technical designs, API specifications, mapping documents, deployment plans, and operational support guides.\nConduct unit, integration, regression, performance, and production-validation testing;
