The role requires strong hands-on engineering expertise across one or more specialization areas including AI-enabled application development, AWS cloud engineering, DevOps/platform engineering, and Full Stack development using Next.js.\nThe ideal candidate will combine strong software engineering fundamentals with modern cloud, automation, and AI-assisted development practices and will contribute to architecture, engineering standards, code quality, performance, security, and production reliability.\nKey Responsibilities\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign and develop scalable, secure, enterprise-grade applications.\nBuild cloud-native solutions and microservices on AWS.\nDevelop modern web applications using Next.js, React, TypeScript, and Node.js.\nImplement and manage CI/CD, containerization, Infrastructure as Code, and deployment automation.\nIntegrate AI/GenAI capabilities into enterprise applications where applicable.\nParticipate in architecture, design reviews, code reviews, and technical decision-making.\nTroubleshoot application, cloud, and production issues.\nMentor engineers and promote engineering best practices.\nKey Technical Skills\nAI-Enabled Engineering\nGenAI/LLM integration, Prompt Engineering, RAG, embeddings and vector search.\nExposure to Amazon Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, OpenAI APIs, LangChain or similar platforms.\nFamiliarity with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot.\nAWS\nHands-on experience with AWS services such as Lambda, ECS/EKS, API Gateway, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, IAM and CloudWatch.\nExperience with cloud-native, serverless and microservices architectures.\nDevOps\nStrong knowledge of CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes and Terraform/CloudFormation.\nExperience with GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps or similar tools.\nUnderstanding of monitoring, observability and DevSecOps practices.\nFull Stack / Next.js\nStrong experience with Next.js, React, TypeScript/JavaScript and Node.js.\nExperience building REST APIs/microservices and integrating frontend and backend services.Knowledge of authentication, security, testing and performance optimization.\n\nSkill Requirements\n8+ years of software engineering experience.
