# Technical Specialist

Job Summary The SAP MM Support Consultant will provide L1/L2 functional support for procurement, inventory, material movements, receiving, shipping, master data and related sales or outbound processes. The consultant will help maintain material availability and continuity across manufacturing and logistics operations. Key Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Monitor, analyze and resolve incidents and service requests related to: Procurement and purchasing Supplier scheduling and material call-offs Inventory and stock management Goods receipt and goods issue Stock transfers and transfer postings Receiving and shipping Material master data Relevant sales and outbound processes Perform initial triage, assess business impact and assign tickets to the correct resolver group. Investigate transactional failures, stock inconsistencies, incorrect document statuses and movement errors. Resolve issues caused by missing or incorrect master data and configuration. Support routine operational requests and approved production-data corrections. Analyze failed MM-related IDocs and interfaces and coordinate technical issues with Integration and ABAP teams.
