to understand requirements and deliver scalable and efficient solutions.\nPerform detailed impact analysis and effort estimation for new initiatives and enhancements.\nParticipate in solution design discussions and contribute to architecture and technical decision-making.\nConduct technical design reviews, code reviews, and peer reviews to ensure adherence to quality standards and production readiness.\nTroubleshoot and resolve production issues while ensuring minimal business disruption.\nCreate and maintain technical documentation, design specifications, and operational procedures.\nSupport batch and online application development, testing, and performance optimization.\nEnsure compliance with organizational standards, security policies, and audit requirements.\nContribute to Mainframe modernization initiatives and adoption of modern DevOps practices, including GitHub-based source code management and CI/CD processes.\nProvide technical guidance
