We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Technical Lead with strong expertise in C#, .NET, AWS Cloud Services, and Microservices Architecture to design, develop, and deliver secure, scalable, and high-performing enterprise applications. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of building cloud-native solutions within large-scale, regulated environments and leading engineering teams through the full software development lifecycle.

You will be responsible for driving technical excellence, defining architectural standards, mentoring engineers, and collaborating closely with business and technology stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions that meet organizational objectives.

Technical Leadership

• Lead and mentor engineering teams, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
• Define and enforce engineering best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines.
• Drive technical design discussions and architectural decision-making across multiple projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions.

Software Development

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using C#, .NET 6/8/9, and ASP.NET Core.
• Build and enhance RESTful APIs and GraphQL services.
• Develop cloud-native applications leveraging AWS services and modern engineering practices.
• Perform hands-on coding, code reviews, troubleshooting, and production support activities.

Architecture & Solution Design

• Design scalable microservices-based systems following Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and Clean Architecture principles.
• Implement event-driven architectures using messaging and event-streaming platforms.
• Modernize legacy systems and drive cloud adoption initiatives.
• Ensure solutions are resilient, secure, maintainable, and aligned with enterprise architecture standards.

Cloud & Infrastructure

• Design and deploy solutions using AWS services such as:
• ECS
• Lambda
• S3
• SQS
• SNS
• DynamoDB
• ALB
• CloudFormation
• Manage containerized workloads using Docker and cloud-native deployment strategies.
• Optimize cloud infrastructure for performance, scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency.

DevSecOps & CI/CD

• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, TeamCity, and Octopus Deploy.
• Integrate security and quality controls using tools such as Snyk and SonarQube.
• Promote DevSecOps practices throughout the development lifecycle.
• Automate deployment, monitoring, and operational processes.

Quality & Security

• Champion quality engineering through unit, integration, performance, and security testing.
• Develop automated test suites using xUnit, NUnit, and NSubstitute.
• Implement secure authentication and authorization using JWT and OpenID Connect (OIDC).
• Ensure compliance with enterprise security and regulatory requirements.

Observability & Operations

• Implement monitoring and observability solutions using:
• Splunk
• AWS CloudWatch
• Prometheus
• Grafana
• OpenTelemetry
• Analyze system performance and reliability metrics.
• Support production systems and drive continuous operational improvements.

• Experience with GitHub Actions, TeamCity, Octopus Deploy, Snyk, and SonarQube.

Leadership & Communication

• Proven experience leading development teams and mentoring engineers.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience working in Agile Scrum environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect certification.
• Experience in financial services, banking, fintech, or other highly regulated industries.
• Experience designing enterprise-scale compliance, risk, or customer platforms.
• Exposure to React.js, Next.js, and modern frontend development frameworks.
• Experience with Kafka or other event-streaming technologies.
