Job Summary

Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consultant (ORC + Core HR) Configure and support Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) including requisitions, candidate lifecycle, job applications, offers, hiring flows, and recruiting security.Design and implement Core HR configurations including workforce structures, legal entities, business units, departments, locations, jobs, grades, and position management.Gather business requirements, conduct fit-gap analysis, and prepare functional design documents, configuration workbooks, and solution recommendations.Configure and test HCM modules, workflows, approvals, alerts, checklists, and role-based security to meet business requirements.Support end-to-end testing activities including SIT, UAT, defect resolution, data validation, and production deployment activities.Collaborate with technical, integration, reporting, and business teams to deliver Oracle HCM solutions while providing post-go-live support and user guidance.
