documentation activities from the offshore team, ensuring quality, schedule adherence, and technical compliance.\n\nDrive project and task management activities, regularly present delivery metrics, identify risks, and recommend mitigation plans.\n\nLead HCL process improvement initiatives and monitor team compliance with established engineering processes.\n\nProactively contribute to new
