data mapping, transformation, validation, and transaction monitoring.\n\nExperience inTrading Partner onboarding/offboarding, partner communication setup, and support.\n\nAS2, SFTP, MQ, MFT, SMTPcommunication protocols.\n\nSSL/TLS certificates, keystore/truststore management.\n\nNetwork troubleshooting (firewalls, DNS, ports, connectivity issues).\n\nBusiness process development and support.\n\nSupport & Operations\nUnderstanding of cloud and on-premises infrastructure support.\n\nExperience in business process development, support, and maintenance.\n\nStrong incident management, problem management, and root cause analysis skills.\n\nFlexible to provide production support and implement minor code/configuration changes.\n\nAbility to provide 24x7 On-Call Supportfor critical production issues and participate in bridge/conference calls as per SLA requirements.\n\nExperience with release management, deployment support, environment health checks, and operational monitoring\n\nOther Requirements\nExperience in Retail, Supply Chain, eCommerce or OCADO environments.\n\nExposure to Boomi API Management.\n\nExperience with Log Analytics, Application Insights, Splunk,or similar monitoring tools.\n\nUnderstanding of Agile and DevOps ways of working.\n\nBoomi, IBM Ace Certification\n\nBasic understanding of IBM MQ including queue managers, queues, channels,
