Application Insights, Splunk, or similar tools.\nCollaborate with development, infrastructure, and business teams to ensure service reliability.\nFollow ITIL best practices for Incident, Problem, and Change Management.\nParticipate in 24x7 on-call support, major incident bridges, and critical issue resolution.\nKey Responsibilities\nStrong hands-on experience supporting Java-based Microservices applications in production environments.\nStrong hands-on experience supporting Node.js and TypeScript-based applications in production environments.\nHands-on experience with Azure Cloud, AKS/Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud-native platforms.\nExperience with Azure DevOps, Terraform, and ArgoCD.\nGood knowledge of REST APIs, API integrations, JSON, and XML.\nExperience in troubleshooting Java/Spring Boot and Node.js/TypeScript-based applications.\nStrong understanding of monitoring, logging, and performance troubleshooting.\nExperience with incident management, problem management, and RCA.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\nExperience with Azure API Management (APIM).\nSkill Requirements\nKnowledge of OAuth, JWT, Key Vault, Managed Identities, and cloud security best practices.\nExposure to PagerDuty, Service Bus, Event Hub, or messaging technologies.\nExperience in Retail, Supply Chain, eCommerce, or enterprise integration environments.\nKey
