conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA).\nPerform IAM platform upgrades, integrations, and security hardening activities.\nExecute periodic access certifications, segregation of duties (SoD) reviews, and compliance audits.\nIntegrate IAM solutions with Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra ID, cloud platforms, business applications, and security tools.\nDevelop automation workflows and access management processes.\nSupport regulatory, audit, and compliance requirements.\nProvide L3 technical support and guidance to IAM operations teams.\nSkill Requirements\nStrong hands-on experience with Identity & Access Management (IAM) platforms.\nExpertise in SSO (Single Sign-On), MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication), Federation, and Access Governance.\nExperience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory, LDAP, SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.\nExperience with enterprise IAM solutions such as SailPoint, Saviynt, Okta, Ping Identity, CyberArk, BeyondTrust, or Microsoft Entra ID.\nStrong knowledge of Privileged Access Management (PAM) and role-based access control (RBAC).\nExperience with Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) processes.\nKnowledge of compliance frameworks such as SOX, ISO 27001, NIST, PCI-DSS, HIPAA, or equivalent.\nExperience with IAM automation, APIs, PowerShell, and scripting.\nStrong troubleshooting, incident management, RCA, and change management skills.\nExcellent stakeholder management, documentation, and communication skills.\nOther
