The engineer will also provide technical guidance to L1 and L2 support teams.\nKey Responsibilities\n1. Lead and optimize SailPoint IdentityNow and FAM operations by applying expert-level knowledge of IDaaS implementation to ensure high system availability, performance, and compliance with client SLAs.\n2. Drive the adoption of automation and advanced scripting using Java within SailPoint platforms to enhance incident resolution, provisioning, and access reviews.\n3. Oversee and improve identity governance processes by configuring and maintaining connectors, policies, and workflows in SailPoint IdentityNow and FAM environments.\n4. Serve as the primary escalation point for complex technical issues, conducting root cause analysis and implementing preventive measures leveraging SailPoint and Java expertise.\n5. Mentor and guide support teams, providing expert insights on SailPoint best practices, troubleshooting complex operational challenges, and fostering continuous skill development.\n6. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate evolving client requirements into operational enhancements using SailPoint capabilities.\n7. Champion process innovation and continuous improvement initiatives across identity management operations, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and industry standards.\nProvide advanced operational support for the SailPoint IdentityIQ platform and resolve complex incidents impacting identity provisioning, aggregation, and certification processes.\nMonitor platform health, scheduled jobs, task execution, and connector status to ensure smooth operation of the IGA platform.\nTroubleshoot provisioning failures, workflow errors, connector issues, and aggregation problems across integrated applications.\nSupport onboarding of new applications into SailPoint by working with application owners to gather integration requirements and entitlement structures.\nConfigure and maintain SailPoint workflows, provisioning policies, connectors, and access request configurations.\nPerform configuration updates and enhancements in non-production environments and coordinate deployments through the change management process.\nSupport identity lifecycle management processes including joiner, mover, and leaver automation.\nInvestigate and resolve data inconsistencies between identity sources and connected applications.\nConduct root cause analysis for major incidents and implement long-term remediation actions.\nMaintain platform performance through regular health checks, database maintenance coordination, and monitoring of task execution.\nSupport access certification campaigns and ensure proper functioning of governance processes.\nIdentify opportunities for operational improvements and automation of repetitive tasks.\nMaintain technical documentation including integration details, operational procedures, and configuration changes.\nProvide guidance and technical support to L1 and L2 engineers for incident resolution and operational tasks.\nSkill Requirements\n1. Excellent Ability To Develop, Troubleshoot, And Optimize JavaBased Customizations And Integrations Within Sailpoint Solutions.\n2. Advanced Expertise In Configuring Identity Lifecycle Workflows, Access Certifications, And Policy Enforcement In Sailpoint Environments.\n3. Strong Skills In Operational Analytics, Incident Management, And SlaDriven Support For Complex Identity Management Systems.\n4. Excellent Mentoring And Leadership Abilities To Empower Technical Teams And Drive Operational Excellence.\nKnowledge of SailPoint workflows, rules, and task configuration.\nUnderstanding of identity aggregation, correlation, and reconciliation concepts.\nFamiliarity with Active Directory and enterprise identity systems.\nExperience supporting enterprise IAM environments with multiple integrated applications.
