SAP BASIS is identified as a dedicated Platform & Operations service area\nKey Responsibilities\nLead administration and support of enterprise SAP landscapes including SAP ECC, S/4HANA, BW, Fiori, and Solution Manager.\nManage SAP system installations, upgrades, migrations, refreshes, and lifecycle maintenance activities.\nPerform advanced troubleshooting of SAP application, transport, interface, system, and performance issues.\nLead major incident resolution and conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for critical SAP outages.\nManage SAP kernel upgrades, SPS updates, database connectivity, and system performance optimization.\nOversee transport management, client administration, system copies, and landscape synchronization.\nSupport SAP high availability, disaster recovery, backup validation, and business continuity initiatives.\nCoordinate with SAP Functional, Security, Infrastructure, Database, Cloud, and Vendor teams.\nDrive operational improvements, automation, monitoring enhancements, and platform standardization.\nReview SAP capacity, system health, performance trends, and operational risks.\nDevelop and maintain SOPs, technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and operational runbooks.\nProvide technical leadership, mentorship, and escalation support to L1/L2 Basis teams.\nParticipate in on-call and critical production support activities.\nSkill Requirements\nStrong hands-on expertise in SAP Basis Administration.\nExtensive experience with SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW, SAP Fiori, SAP Solution Manager, and SAP NetWeaver.\nExperience with SAP installations, upgrades, migrations, system refreshes, and Unicode/HANA migrations.\nStrong knowledge of SAP transport management, client administration, and landscape management.\nExperience with SAP performance tuning, monitoring, workload analysis, and system optimization.\nKnowledge of SAP HANA and database administration concepts.\nExperience with SAP high availability, disaster recovery, backup, and recovery strategies.\nFamiliarity with SAP Security, authorization concepts, and compliance requirements.\nExperience with automation, scripting, and operational process optimization.\nStrong knowledge of ITIL processes including Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management.\nExcellent troubleshooting, stakeholder management, vendor coordination, and
