You will assist in diagnosing software issues related to vehicle modules and\nsystems. You will supplement the escalation process through the OEM’s technical assistance\ncenter. You will also:\nProvide initial response to the dealers, acknowledging the issue\nLeverage OEM remote diagnostic tools and processes, including workflows, repair\nmanuals, and knowledge articles\nProvide a solution to the dealers and technicians over the phone and through a proprietary\nticketing portal\nEnsure seamless and friction-less issue closure with focus on the accurate and timely\nsolution provided to the technicians\nCoordinate with OEM level 2 and level 3 engineering team on repair guidance. Seek support\nfrom and liaise with other Client departments concerned with diagnosis, primarily\nEngineering, Quality, OTA (Over-the-air) and other Client Customer Service Department.\nEscalate in a timely and professional manner any issues that prevent the completion of\ntasks and achievement of SLA and targets\nRespond and act in a timely professional manner any escalations received\nSkill Requirements\nBasic level automotive diagnostic and troubleshooting experience\nComfort with Microsoft Office applications and (Intermediate typing skills (~25 WPM).\nMultitasking in a fast-paced digital environment\nAttention to detail in capturing case information in a digital environment.\nBeing able to think critically about a customer's complaint and identify solutions based on\nSOPs and process guidelines.\nCustomer service experience. The ability to truly understand customers to strive for providing\ngreat service.\nClear communication skills. The ability to communicate clearly when working with customers.\nGood writing with the ability to convey nuance. Usage of complete sentences and proper\ngrammar.\nHigh school diploma or equivalent\nPreferred\nA love of cars\nPrevious automotive diagnostic experience\nOne or more years of contact support center experience\nCompetencies\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.
