architectures\n\nResearch and implement training methods for enhanced capabilities like instruction following and tool use\n\nDesign and optimize data pipelines and training systems for large-scale distributed training\n\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate models into agentic AI systems\n\nEvaluate model performance and communicate findings to stakeholders\n\nStay current with advancements in LLMs, VLMs, and related fields\n\nRequirements:\nTechnical skills:\nStrong programming skills (Python, Git)\n\nExpertise in deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, JAX, TensorFlow)\n\nExperience with large-scale distributed training of LLMs and VLMs\n\nHands-on experience with LLM training, alignment, and reinforcement learning\n\nKnowledge of multimodal architectures and applications\n\nResearch skills:\nPublications in top-tier AI conferences (e.g., NeurIPS, ICML, CVPR, ACL, ICCV)\n\nAdvanced degree (PhD or MSc) in a relevant field (e.g., ML, DL, NLP, CV)\n\nSoft skills:\nExcellent communication and presentation skills\n\nStrong collaboration and teamwork skills\n\nPassion for AI and problem-solving\n\nBonuses:\nIndustry
