Substitute Paraeducators are expected to maintain a professional attitude toward their work and support the mission and goals of the school system .\nSubstitute Paraeducators are assigned on an as needed basis and are temporary employees. Substitute Paraeducators are assigned due to paraeducator absences or position vacancies. Payment for Substitute Paraeducators is based on a half day (3 hours and 59 minutes or less) or full day assignment and may be daily, or extended assignment.\nMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS\nApplicants must meet all qualifications below to be considered for the vacancy.\nEducation:\nA minimum of a high school diploma or GED equivalent is recommended.\nReferences:\nTwo supervisory references will be requested prior to any offer of employment.
