This role brings expertise in social content strategy, storytelling, content creation and amplification, audience and community engagement, platform best practices, and performance measurement, with a working knowledge of influencer and creator relations.\nWorking closely with content, creative, demand generation and the broader marketing team, the Social Media Manager will grow HCSS’s social presence, strengthen audience engagement, elevate customer and thought-leadership stories, and ensure social supports broader brand and business priorities. This person should have experience managing organic social media for a national organization supporting expansion into global markets.\nQualifications:\n5+ years of social media or digital marketing experience, including ownership of organic\nsocial strategy for a national or multi-market brand.\nPlatforms & ToolsSocial media management and publishing platforms such as Sprout Social or equivalent\nNative social platform tools and analytics, with strong knowledge of LinkedIn\nWorking knowledge of creative tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, or equivalent\n\nTechnical & Strategic SkillsOrganic social media strategy and channel management\nSocial content development, copywriting, and editing\nCommunity management and audience engagement\nSocial media analytics, reporting, and performance optimization\nContent planning, distribution, and campaign execution\nWorking knowledge of influencer and creator marketing\nUnderstanding of current social media trends, platform best practices, and emerging channels\n\nCore CompetenciesStrong written and verbal communication\nPresentation and stakeholder-management skills\nCross-functional collaboration\n\nProject and time management\nStrategic and analytical thinking\nStrong judgment and attention to brand reputation\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and campaigns simultaneously\nPreferred Qualifications:\nSocial media marketing or platform certifications\nPhoto and/or video production experience, including short-form social content\nExperience developing and growing successful YouTube content\nExperience with influencer or creator marketing programs\nB2B or B2B SaaS marketing experience\nExperience supporting executive thought leadership or employee advocacy programs\nExperience supporting global social media audiences or markets\nExperience marketing to construction, infrastructure, or other technical/industrial audiences\nRole Responsibilities:\nOwn and evolve HCSS’s organic social media strategy, including platform strategy, audience development, content planning, community engagement, and channel optimization.\nDevelop, create, schedule, and publish social content in partnership with creative, video, content, and other internal teams.\nDevelop integrated social campaigns supporting product launches, events, customer advocacy, corporate announcements, thought leadership, and employer-brand initiatives.\nBuild social programs that leverage customers, industry voices, influencers, executives, and internal subject matter experts to expand HCSS’s reach and credibility.\nManage community engagement and social listening, surfacing customer insights, industry trends, and opportunities for HCSS to engage.\nProven ability to create an influencer program and best practices for success.\nPartner cross-functionally with product marketing, demand generation, customer success, sales, communications, recruiting, and other teams to support broader business priorities.\nMonitor emerging platforms, audience behaviors, creator trends, and social best practices to identify new opportunities and continually improve HCSS’s social presence.\nAnalyze channel and campaign performance, audience growth, engagement, sentiment, and business impact to optimize strategy and communicate results to stakeholders.\nTravel Requirements:\nOccasional travel (up to 5%) for industry conferences, annual HCSS Users Group Meeting (UGM), customer jobsite and office visits.\nBENEFITS & PERKS:\nPart of our mission is to provide a great life for our employees.
