We keep our class sizes small so you have more 1:1 attention with the instructor.\nIf you're a fit, the following things should sound like you:\nYou are a problem solver and have the ability to think logically and communicate clearly \nYou learn quickly and take the initiative to utilize resources outside of what is provided in order to succeed\nLooking to grow your career further within Software Development \nROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:\nInteract with a team of 3-6 developers and other stakeholders to develop features that enhance your assigned software product \nProduce code that follows current team coding standards (syntax, naming, etc.)\nTest your own code to ensure there are no obvious defects before committing\nReceive critical feedback on your work openly and improve/correct your code as needed\nAdvance your knowledge of programming languages, libraries, and tools used by your team\nDevelop a working knowledge of your product(s)’ existing architecture\nLearn and apply existing software patterns in your work\nAssist debugging for support escalations and in teammates’ code\nGrow your understanding of Agile development methodology by contributing to team meetings\nWHY WORK WITH OUR DEVELOPMENT TEAM?\nBuild products of real value.
