Here’s 7 Things You Need to Know.\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a combination of relevant education and equivalent practical experience. \n1+ years of work experience, preferably in the nonprofit sector, or have completed the Admin Beginner and Intermediate trail on Trailhead \nSalesforce Administrator certification \nWho You Are\nStrong understanding of Salesforce Administration best practices \nStrong understanding of the Salesforce platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, flows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity \nExperience in Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP) (strongly preferred), Education Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud and Analytics Cloud\nExperience with data migration and data management tools (e.g., Demand Tools)\nAbility to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and manage laterally and upwards \nExcellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences \nStrong data management abilities \nBe an active Trailhead learner \nWhat You’ll Do\nServe as primary system administrator for HCZ Salesforce users\nHandle all basic administrative functions, including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, flows, and other routine tasks \nImplement and enforce data quality best practices, including data cleaning and deduplication, to ensure accurate and reliable data within the Salesforce platform\nDocument key policies, procedures, best practices, and use cases specific to the organization \nCoordinate the evaluation, scope, and completion of new development requests \nPerform data uploads with data acquired from primary or secondary data sources and maintain data integrity \nAssist in training power users and grow the Salesforce skill set across all departments \nMonitor and manage Salesforce integrations with other data systems\nDesign automated processes to improve efficiency with scale and lean design\nSchedule\nMonday through Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM\nHybrid (3 days in the office, 2 days remote)\nThis is a non-exempt, full-time position under applicable wage and hourly laws\nBenefits\nAs a member of the Harlem Children's Zone team, you will join a supportive and inclusive community dedicated to helping the Evaluation Department thrive.
