A requirement of this position is an acceptable MVR status and a valid driver’s license.\nMajor Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities\nProvides exceptional customer service and addresses any concerns during delivery and installation.\nLoads, transports, and delivers kitchen and laundry appliances safely to customer homes or businesses.\nInstalls appliances, ensuring compliance with manufacturer guidelines, building codes, and safety standards.\nPerforms basic connections such as water, electrical, and venting during installation.\nRemoves old appliances and disposes of packaging materials as needed.\nTroubleshoots basic installation issues and escalates when necessary.\nFollows the planned route for timely deliveries while adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations. Maintains delivery vehicle and follows safety protocols.\nProvides exceptional customer service by being polite and professional during deliveries.\nNature and Scope\nRefers complex, unusual problems to supervisor.\nUnder general supervision, exercises some judgment in accordance with well-defined policies, procedures, and techniques.
