Partner with support staff to ensure compliance with all DOT regulations.\nEffectively utilize training programs to develop sales and operations expertise within the facility.\nAct as liaison to functional leadership to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution. Coordinate and communicate effectively with all company departments.\nProvide input to annual operating budgets in support of the corporate financial goals and responsible for P&L management. Complete cost justification and determine ROI.\nAchieves cost control through productivity of personnel, efficient utilization of facility space and proper protection of stored materials. Ensure accurate inventory levels and prevent shrinkage.\nNature and Scope\nSolutions require analysis and investigation.\nAchieves planned results by decisions and actions based on professional methods, business principles, and practical experience.\nManages a group or team of professional individual contributors and/or indirectly supervises support staff.\nWork Environment\nLocated in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.\nMost of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.\nTypically requires overnight travel 5% to 20% of the time.\nEducation and Experience\nTypically requires BS/BA in a related discipline.
