drive reliable delivery from design through production support.\n\nJOB REQUIREMENTS : \n\nEducation and Certifications : \n\n- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or a related field.\n\n- Certifications in Java, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), Kubernetes or software architecture are preferred.\n\nRequired Experience : \n\n- 7 - 10 years of software engineering experience delivering enterprise applications across front-end and backend technologies.\n\n- At least 2 - 3 years of experience leading technical delivery, mentoring engineers or owning modules/workstreams.\n\n- Proven experience designing, developing and supporting cloud-native full-stack applications in production.\n\n- Experience working with distributed global teams or within a Global Capability Center is an advantage.\n\nEssential Skills : \n\n- Strong expertise in Java 17+, Spring and Spring Boot for distributed microservices.\n\n- Advanced proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3 and responsive web design.\n\n- Hands-on expertise in React.js and component-driven architecture; working knowledge of Angular or Vue.js is valuable.\n\n- Experience with state management, reusable UI components, accessibility (WCAG) and cross-browser compatibility.\n\n- Deep understanding of microservices architecture, domain-driven design, event-driven design and cloud-native deployments.\n\n- Experience building and consuming REST APIs and working with Kafka/RabbitMQ, asynchronous patterns and distributed transactions.\n\n- Proficiency with relational and NoSQL databases, Hibernate/JPA, caching frameworks and data-access optimization.\n\n- Strong foundation in Git, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, unit/integration testing, observability and production support.\n\n- Experience with OAuth2, JWT, API security and secure coding practices.\n\n- Ability to review technical designs, influence architecture decisions and mentor engineers in full-stack delivery.\n\nDesired Skills : \n\n- Experience with React Native, micro frontends or server-side rendering.\n\n- Exposure to service mesh, API gateways, distributed tracing and resilience frameworks.\n\n- Experience with infrastructure-as-code and multi-cloud environments.\n\n- Familiarity with Agile/SAFe, SRE principles and engineering process optimization.\n\n- Knowledge of front-end and backend observability, performance profiling and automated quality tooling.\n\nROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES : \n\nDelivery and Execution : \n\n- Lead end-to-end solution design across multiple work streams and integrations, evaluate architectural trade-offs, and make design decisions considering scalability, resiliency, security, performance and maintainability.\n\n- Translate business and product requirements into scalable technical designs, implementation plans and delivery estimates.\n\n- Build responsive, accessible and reusable user interfaces using React.js, Angular or comparable modern frameworks.\n\n- Design and develop Java 17+ and Spring Boot microservices, REST APIs and event-driven integrations.\n\n- Review architecture and design documents, conduct code reviews, and ensure deliverables meet quality and security standards.\n\n- Drive performance optimization across browser, API, application and database layers.\n\n- Ensure production readiness through structured logging, distributed tracing, health checks, metrics and resilience patterns.\n\n- Lead troubleshooting, root-cause analysis and resolution of complex issues across environments.\n\nSupport and Enablement : \n\n- Mentor engineers and promote clean code, test automation, secure coding and consistent engineering standards.\n\n- Maintain technical documentation, API specifications, reusable component libraries, runbooks and service catalogs.\n\n- Collaborate with DevOps teams to strengthen CI/CD pipelines, automated quality gates and deployment workflows.\n\n- Partner with UX, product, architecture and backend/frontend teams to ensure cohesive user and system experiences.\n\n- Evaluate emerging technologies and contribute to platform modernization, technical roadmaps and architecture decisions.\n\n- Contribute to sprint planning, estimation, Agile ceremonies and continuous improvement initiatives.\n\n- Evaluate technical approaches and make or influence key
