You’ll manage a portfolio of priorities, drive process improvements, and ensure seamless delivery while coaching leaders and teams along the way.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience working within or supporting an HR PMO environment, ideally on enterprise or cross-functional HR initiatives\nBackground in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma certifications)\nDemonstrated success in end-to-end project management, with strong execution skills and a highly organized, detail-oriented approach\nKnowledge of and experience with organizational change management principles, including driving adoption and stakeholder engagement (certification a plus)\nProficiency with project management tools such as Monday.com (preferred)\nJob Summary\nResponsible for developing analytics and insights to drive human capital strategy and driving informed business decisions. Support the execution of strategic initiatives through partnership with functional SMEs and the HR project management office. Drive process improvement efforts in support of the HR planning and operations function.\nMajor Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities\nDevelops and executes processes in support HR planning and strategic initiatives.\nManages and analyzes human capital data, conducts research for trends and benchmarks, and provides meaningful insights of both quantitative and qualitative metrics. Synthesizes information and translates into effective presentations for communication to senior leaders.\nIdentifies opportunities and drives process improvement related to the HR planning and operations function.\nPerforms quarterly strategic reporting on progress against HR goals and work plan status.\nPartners with HR functional leadership to develop and execute workforce planning processes and analytics.\nConducts analysis and develops presentations in support of ad-hoc executive level requests related to HR strategy.\nLeads HR planning and operations-related projects, as well as broader HR strategic initiatives, including mergers, acquisitions and divestitures.\nNature and Scope\nSolutions require analysis and investigation.\nAchieves planned results by decisions and actions based on professional methods, business principles, and practical experience.\nManages a group or team of professional individual contributors and/or indirectly supervises support staff.\nWork Environment\nLocated in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.\nMost of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.\nTypically requires overnight travel 5% to 20% of the time.\nEducation and Experience\nTypically requires BS/BA in a related discipline. Generally 7+ years of experience in a related field. May require certification.
