Assist with SAP testing, quality assurance, and monitoring activities.\n\nProvide functional support to reporting teams and end users to ensure the organization's SAP SD and overall Quote-to-Cash reporting requirements are met.\n\nMaintain documentation related to system design, configuration changes, custom developments, and business processes within the SAP SD environment.\n\nExperience with SAP S/4HANA 2025 (On Premise) is preferred.\n\nExperience with SAP aATP (Advanced Available-to-Promise), ATP (Available-to-Promise) and Backorder Processing (BOP) is preferred.\n\nMust be a self-starter who can quickly become productive with minimal SAP guidance and supervision.\n\nJob Summary\nDesigns, develops, troubleshoots, and debugs complex software applications for enhancements and new products. Develops software and tools in support of design, infrastructure, and technology platforms.\nMajor Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities\nWorks with stakeholders to perform application functionality gap analyses and feasibility studies for application enhancements.\nDevelops and documents complex technical design specifications to meet business needs identified through application requirements, user stories, support tickets, and test defects.\nBuilds software enhancements through configuration and/or development to meet desired functionalities.\nPerforms unit testing on application enhancements prior to moving coding and configuration through the quality assurance process.\nDevelops, defines, and reviews test plans and scripts for functional, performance, regression, and user acceptance testing.\nAnalyzes applications for compliance with security protocols and recommends changes as needed.\nParticipates in and leads incident management activities, including troubleshooting and performing after action reviews and tasks.\nLeads workstreams for smaller projects and provides training and guidance to junior engineers.\nNature and Scope\nIdentifies key barriers/core problems and applies problem solving skills in order to deal creatively with complex situations. Troubleshoots and resolves complex problems. Makes decisions under conditions of uncertainty, sometimes with incomplete information, that produce effective end results.\nIndependently performs assignments with instruction limited to the expected results. Determines and develops an approach to solutions. Receives technical guidance only on unusual or complex problems or issues.\nMay oversee the completion of projects and assignments, including planning, assigning, monitoring and reviewing progress and accuracy of work, evaluating results, etc. Contributes to employees' professional development but does not have hiring or firing authority.\nWork Environment\nLocated in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.\nMost of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.\nTypically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.\nEducation and Experience\nTypically requires BS/BA in a related discipline. Generally 5-8 years of experience in a related field OR MS/MA and generally 3-5 years of experience in a related field.
